We had a 9am appointment on Saturday, we arrived at 840am. I told them my wife and I were going to get breakfast and then be right back....We came back at 10:15 and it was not finished yet....so I left the wife to wait. It was not completed until 1215pm. To me this is unacceptable for an oil change and tire rotation when we had an appointment...They also did a recall on a child safety test they said was required to do by law. My in-laws purchased a car from this dealership and the "Sales and Leasing Professional" who filled out the contract forgot to put down the down payment information and my in-laws was given a contract of the wrong monthly bills and total fees. The financial advisor didn't even catch the error until we reviewed the issue the next day. My in laws went back to the dealership to fix the issue and didn't even get apology for the mistake! Great experience, 10/10 experience! Fast and easy process, a friendly environment, and a great deal!
I don't know where to start with this disaster. First of all, don't expect to find what you was looking at on their website actually on the lot. The website states 1600 cars at their Mooresville location. The used car list is a total of all their lots. Everything I wanted to look at was either in Statesville, Concord or Hickory. Then I found a nice little Corolla on the lot. So I went back in to see about doing a pre-qualification on that one.
