The price I paid was not the price on Autotrader… i mentioned to the sales person that the price on the window did not match what I saw on Autotrader… said I would get the internet price. I did no get that price…..

I went in for state inspection only. Came out and told me I needed tires,brake flush,new air and cabin filters, and new windshield wipers. The wipers were needed to pass inspection. When I told them the current wipers were new, I was told they had tears in them due to a chip in the windshield. Told me $43 to replace them. This is 2x the cost. I replaced myself. When doing so noted NO tears in old wipers. They lied! This is unacceptable. When I brought the car back for reinvention, it took an hour to look at just the wipers. ... read more

It was a nightmare! Car sat for 22 days for them to diagnose the headlight assembly needed to be replaced. The lack of communication was so horrible that one day I was asked if I had come to pick up my car because no one in the shop could tell them if I picked it up. Will never go back
