I recently purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT5 and was assisted by Jade Pierce in securing my deal. Jade and I worked with Grady and Harry for an price agreeable to all and easy financing through GMAC. I was taken on a tour the service department and introduced to the service manager. I was shown the the RM Cadillac customer lounge experience. I've had follow up calls to see if I had any questions and to make sure all was to my expectations. I am enjoying the powerful luxurous ride of my new XT5.
I recently purchased a used Cadillac and am very happy with my purchase and with the follow-up care. Danny Bonnell has gone out of his way to ensure my experience was very positive.
