Dr. Luzania. He's been my PCP for five years and I've never had anything approaching a complaint with his expertise, his compassion or his attentiveness to my concerns

I went for my annual wellness visit, and all was fine until the end when Dr. Luzania asked if I had any other questions about anything. I mentioned I've noticed a receding hairline, and he said he couldn't diagnose me with that because he had just met me for the first time, but then decided to write me a prescription. A month later, I received my bill for: my wellness visit, which was covered, but a separate line item for DIAGNOSING ME WITH ALOPECIA (hair loss) for 130 dollars that was not covered through insurance.
