Randy is an incredible Realtor. He has been very present throughout our house buying experience and has made the process stress free. He knows the market and understands the complexity of the market in west Michigan. I highly recommend Randy Klingel to anyone seeking to buy or sell.
Randy is untrustworthy! After I signed a lease, I paid for a year in advance. Randy tried to use false claims and threats to get me to break my lease and move out. He made it impossible for me to utilize my office on my own schedule and denied me after hours access to my business. He told me I had 3 days to vacate the property, and claimed there were multiple complaints against me, but could not produce a single document or person to verify his allegations. He is a liar and a thief! Buyer Beware!
