We had an amazing experience working with Randy as our realtor! He was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Randy and his team went above and beyond by sending us weekly lists of homes for sale in the areas we were interested in, which made the search feel organized and manageable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Randy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Had two poor encounters with Randy. The first was an instance where I asked about utilities on a piece of land. Randy asked if I had a realtor, I told him I HAD worked with one - guess there was some miscommunication. He eventually just told me to go get them to do the legwork. At that point in time I wasn’t signed to an agent. A few years later I go to sell my home and Randy brings clients for a showing. He waits to get them INSIDE my home to make them sign an agreement for them to represent them if they purchased the home.... read more

Randy helped us find our first home! He is honest, supportive, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. We had so many questions, and Randy always made time to help us or give us resources! Randy Higgins (Cornerstone Realty Group) was such a pleasure to work with! He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and determined! We went through so many ups and downs throughout our buying/selling process (not fault of Randy’s, just people backing out of buying our home we were selling), but Randy reassured us and never stopped trying to make it work! He also gave us the sweetest welcome home gift! We appreciate him so much!
