Had two poor encounters with Randy. The first was an instance where I asked about utilities on a piece of land. Randy asked if I had a realtor, I told him I HAD worked with one - guess there was some miscommunication. He eventually just told me to go get them to do the legwork. At that point in time I wasn’t signed to an agent. A few years later I go to sell my home and Randy brings clients for a showing. Randy helped us find our first home! He is honest, supportive, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. We had so many questions, and Randy always made time to help us or give us resources! He also worked with our difficult work schedules. It was an absolute pleasure working with Randy, and we would recommend him for any and all of your realtor needs!!!

Randy Higgins (Cornerstone Realty Group) was such a pleasure to work with! He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and determined! We went through so many ups and downs throughout our buying/selling process (not fault of Randy’s, just people backing out of buying our home we were selling), but Randy reassured us and never stopped trying to make it work! He also gave us the sweetest welcome home gift! We appreciate him so much!

We were looking for a vacation home somewhere in the foothills of Virginia. We found one near Lynchburg. We were put in contact with Randy Higgins who was wonderful. We put in an offer and long story short it didn't work out. A week later we found 'the' house but it was 2 hours away from Lynchburg. We thought we would need to look for another agent, but no.
