It’s taken some time to getting around to this, due to closing in February, but moving in, in July. So, apologies to Randy about that. I found Randy and his team to be really easy to deal with. We had an amazing experience working with Randy as our realtor! He was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Randy and his team went above and beyond by sending us weekly lists of homes for sale in the areas we were interested in, which made the search feel organized and manageable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Randy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Had two poor encounters with Randy. The first was an instance where I asked about utilities on a piece of land. Randy asked if I had a realtor, I told him I HAD worked with one - guess there was some miscommunication. He eventually just told me to go get them to do the legwork. At that point in time I wasn’t signed to an agent. A few years later I go to sell my home and Randy brings clients for a showing. He waits to get them INSIDE my home to make them sign an agreement for them to represent them if they purchased the home.... read more

Randy helped us find our first home! He is honest, supportive, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. We had so many questions, and Randy always made time to help us or give us resources!
