What do you look for in a dentist? Well I sure know I have a magnificent dentist and dental team! The front office team is fabulous! Nancy the front office manager and other members of the team always greet me with a warm welcome! They are extremely caring, knowledgeable and trusting! Dr Otteson is a wonderful, caring person. I feel like one of the family when I am in his office. I have never had a complaint and would recommend him to anyone. I have three crown, fillings and one root canal. He was extremely sensitive and did everything in his power to eliminate any discomfort. His office has always handled the insurance perfectly.

Dr. Otteson has a friendly, caring chair-side manner. He has been our family's dentist for about 20 years. We believe in his skill as a dentist and in the wonderful staff so much, we 'followed' him when he moved his practice several years ago. When I have had trouble understanding billing statements, the office staff was very patient and helpful.... I was able to understand the statement. We highly recommend Dr. Randy Otteson. His personality works with our family! Matter-of-fact, he and his staff 'feel' like family to us!
