Good service. Typical dealer, yet being located in the "Dotte" the service is way above local norm.
Missouri is the Show me state, an this dealership showed us what REAL customer service is! They went above and beyond on a Friday night to make sure I could get my college rodeo horses from Texas to Iowa! Their service department is an absolute blessing!
I am a customer for life. This dealership isn't in the business to just make a buck. They're creating lifelong loyalty and a relationship. They treated my family and I as if we'd known them for years and were family ourselves. Plus the were respectful, honest, knowledgable, and educational as well. 10/17/2014 Visit. Actually, I just stopped in to see WHEN I could get my passenger side window fixed. Wouldn't roll up/down. Service checked it out while I walked over to Price Chopper. Joe called me and sure 'nuf, need a new "whatchamacallit". They had it in stock and an hour n 1/2 later, I was on my way home! I've been a customer of Randy Curnow for yesrs; at least 10-12.
