Received a quote from Mr. Burke to install jack posts to level a sloping floor and was under the impression that he had finished the job when I paid him. Turns out, after a second inspection, that he had not completed the job and left several jack posts sitting upright not attached to anything along with a 4 x 6 post on the ground.
