He is VERY rude, his office staff was very rude as well. He told me I was informed that wisdom teeth would only be removed with numbing on the phone, because it was checked off on the paper, which was a lie, I was not informed until this morning. I would never put my son through that! When I told him I was not told that he told me he didnt believe me. He called me a liar. I am sorry if his staff did not do their job. I would of never woke up and taken 4 kids to my moms at 6am...and drive for 1.5 hours if I would of been told... read more

Well after reading some of the posts in was scared to death.. But I must disagree with all the them. First. We are fortunate enough that he performs the services getting what Medicaid pays....he explained everything. Was fast and was finished pulling 3 teeth within approx 15 minutes.. We don't go to dentist to be coddled by u staff. Were there for a relief from our pain..OK. So the staff doesn't pet your head and tell u sweet nothings. Staff was rude right from the beginning when I was just trying to schedule my appointment to see him. Then I met dr. Bisping. and all my worst fears and more happened. I really believes he enjoys putting his patients in pain. He numbed my right eye so I felt like I was cross eyed and when I explained I was seeing double all je said was "it can happen, and to cover one of my eyes up with my hand so I could see normal." Horrible. Office never answers their phones. Wisdom teeth came in and couldn't chew with the right side of my mouth. Referred to them and when I called the day I was referred to them they answered saying you have to call back 13 days later to make an appointment. Mouth is in so much pain.

I could not have had a better experience getting my teeth pulled. The office was clean and bright, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and the dentist's assistant was professional and efficient. Everything was explained to me before I even met Dr. Bisping in the paperwork. I was informed every step of the way and when the Doctor finally got a look at my teeth he changed my care plan. I was very pleased with Dr Bisping removing my daughter's teeth. It took us three months to find him and get there but we were fortunate. Several days before her appointment I saw some of the poor reviews. I wondered. We went and found the experience nothing like described. We were treated professionally, kindly, sensitively and with information pertaining to her care and healing. It is sad that reviews like those were written.
