Shannon is great. Been going there for years and would never go anywhere else.
I can’t say enough good things about Shannon! She is professional, talented, creative, and fun! Every 2 months she makes me blonde again and I always leave the salon so happy. Book early because the secret is out- she’s busy ;)
Shannon is the best. I have A LOT of hair and she just knows how to work with it -- color and cut! I love getting my hair done because Shannon is so knowledgable, sweet and I simply enjoy the time with her.
Such high hopes! But after receiving a subpar cut from Shannon, I called to see if she could please fix it. She dodged it for two weeks, (despite availabilities on her booking system), and then just stopped responding altogether. I finally gave up asking and paid someone else to fix her mistakes. Shannon made clear that she has zero interest in meeting her client’s needs. Super disappointing.
I recently moved to CA from CT and was beyond thrilled to find my long time friend and stylist Shannon! Many years ago (20+) I met Shannon at Adam Broderick salon in Ridgefield CT. She came to my rescue after I received an awful cut at another local salon. Not only did I love my color and cut but so did my friends and family who also became clients of hers as well.
