They don't have any good projects and they don't even try to get you one. Waste of time if you believe in them for your career. Try somewhere else
During bench time HR team is not aggressively looking for the project. They behave like government job :( Just schedule an interview and done. I don't know is there any HR Manager to watch for the recuiters whether they really looking job for the bench candidates. This company will be not good fit for H1b candidates for sure. Stay away
Don't join if you are on H1b Most of the HR from offshore and they don't care if you get the project or not. Other consultancies Are better than This company for scheduling the interview. HR team is on complete vacation, no interview gets scheduled
