Randstad should be ashamed of the way they treat people. I reached out to both Brenda and Brittani Davie (the so-called site manager) after being told I supposedly “didn’t pass” a forklift evaluation. Brittani never once had the professionalism to follow up by email, text, or even a phone call — and Brenda did the exact same thing. That’s not leadership, that’s avoidance. This is the worst temp agency in Charleston, they send you to an app for jobs and then after you apply no recruiter actually reaches out. They have sent me emails all week offering me jobs and when I responded back in less than a minute they simply go ghost. Its very evident this is one of those cash grab agencies with bad communication skills, and more focused on filling quotas so they can remain paid.
