He is an excellent doctor. He is one of the very few doctors that can manipulate your muscles and skeleton back into place. I have know him for over 20 years and he is a kind and concerned and caring doctor. He really knows what he is doing. I just can't say enough great things about him. He was the only dr. that figured out how to treat me when I had been exposed to commercial stripper and wax chemicals that were being used at my work place. I now reside on Maui and have not found a doctor to equal his abilities.
I am an RN and I have had Dr. Scott as my PCP for many years. He is an excellent, knowledgeable practitioner with a caring and patient centered approach to care. He pays close attention to details and individualizes his interactions with every encounter.
Never actually saw the doctor upon arrival I was accosted by one of the rudest malcontents I've ever met, Laurie. I was immediately shammed and told I was a half hour late even though the appointment was at 830 and I arrived at 835. I didn't have a physical copy of my insurance card just one my insurance had emailed to me. I offered to email it to they she told me THEY DIDN'T HAVE EMAIL... even though I was staring at a business card with an email address on it. I offered to fax (I have efax) she said they had no fax. Dr. Randolph Scott has been our family doctor for eight years now. He is a wonderful doctor. He truly listens to my concerns and always heals me when I come in pain. He can also align my spine and pain is gone within minutes. When my son had problems in sports, he set my mind at ease by referring other doctors to take a deeper look. As it turned out Dr. Scott was right from the beginning and other doctors verified his diagnose. I feel very blessed to have him as our family doctor.
