I had my first visit with Dr. Moore today. Everyone in his office was welcoming and friendly. They each took their time answering all of my questions and not once did I feel hurried or rushed. It was as if I was the only patient they had. The atmosphere and warmth of the staff made me feel at ease.
It takes a lot for me to say that a dentist appointment is a great experience, since I'm REALLY nervous and petrified going to any dentist, even if it's just a cleaning! But the visit today made it so much easier. From the moment I was greeted at the front desk to the end of my visit - all was fantastic! Very nice people and really good at what they are doing! I definitely found a dentist that I can recommend and that I will go back to! Thanks again! Helene
If a dental visit can be considered a pleasant experience this was. No need to fear shots because they just don't hurt. Dr. Moore is an expert and all his staff are wonderful. Besides this a patient is greeted by friendly caring people at the desk when first arriving.
From day one I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. I went in with the knowledge that I would need a full mouth extraction. My teeth had been a painful embarrassment for almost 10 yrs. From the very first time I sat in the chair I felt confident I was in good hands. The whole process was explained very well. A molar shattered in the evening. Dr. Moore was able to see me the next morning and get a temporary crown in place (I was leaving town for a week that afternoon). Two weeks later Dr. Moore got me in & out of the office within an hour with a new permanent crown. Thanks!
