RecommendedDr Ciufalo is everything you would want in a pediatric physician. (And the staff is amazing.). 16 years ago when she left another practice we were with to start her own, I had to track her down. So glad I did. My daughter swears she will be going to her forever but as she is almost an adult, I can only hope we find a future physician that comes even close to Dr. Chifalo to join our “Team Alison”
So obsessed with the entire staff ! Dr. Ciufalo is incredible, not only with my girls but with me and my husband. She is so encouraging and positive !! Even on the dreaded after hours calls! Can’t thank her enough for the love and care she gives our family ♥️
My first born began seeing Dr Ciufalo in 2003 , just a couple months old. We were one of her first families when she opened up the Randolph Practice. I adored her and the staff from day 1. Felt like I've known her for years prior. Most importantly Dr Ciufalo is calm , informative, sweet and caring. She truly cares about my girls . I chose her a few months prior to my daughters birth. Fabulous doctor and practice. Can't recommend highly enough.
I have been taking my son to see Dr. Ciufalo since he was a year old. He's now almost 14. She is the most wonderfully caring warm physician I have ever come across. I have nothing but praise for her staff and office. They will do everything in their power to see that your child is given the best care available.
I had called around as a first time mom having no clue what to expect or even look for. A few places wanted to charge me just to even meet the dr(s)! Randolph Pediatrics made an appointment for me to meet them, FREE (as it should be), and I was sold from the moment I walked in the door. From the front office staff, to the lactation consultant (dr), to of course Dr Ciufalo, I couldn't be happier. Hands down I have 100% to infinity and beyond wonderful feelings about the practice. Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ciufalo and her office staff. Kind, smart, and a great doctor...doesn't get much better than that. I know my kids are getting the best care from this office.
I travel from West Milford (40min) to get the top notch care that we get from Dr. Ciufalo and her team! Sure there are pediatricians geographically closer, but none that I would trust nearly as much.
