We recently had our daughter's first appointment here with Dr. Hope Staton. She was very kind and informative and gave our baby girl a thorough exam. We had no wait and the nurses we had where really sweet and patient with us.
We were sent to this office for our son's circumcision and had the absolute worst experience! To begin, Dr. Riley was wonderful and very pleasant in the midst of a very frustrating morning. Moving on, she was an hr behind (which I'm not sure why..but could imagine that things happen) but was a little upsetting because my son already couldn't eat 2 hours prior to the procedure so he became very fussy. We have been with Dr. Riley for 9 years. We love doctor Riley but hate the facility. They are always so busy that I feel like we don't get enough time to talk to the doctors, the wait is ridiculous (always there for two hours or more) and the nurses aren't very friendly. We have also had them to loose test results and not call back. I know it's not Dr Riley's fault and it's the only reason I'm still there.
Dr Riley was ok. The wait was horrible everytime we went and weren't that impressed with the facility.
