I was calling to get information about Dr.Rodrigues and twice my messages went unanswered (in a 3 week period). I called again and the office manager Tommy C was rude. When asking for a policy in writing he stated that he did not have one to share. How is there a policy about not accepting returning patients but you cannot provide it in writing ? Mind you, I had an amazing relationship with Dr.Rodrigues. Tommy also did not want to disclose his last name and made that very clear. Management lacks customer service…..
Dr. Pham is appreciated for offering excellent care. I had never experienced electro acupuncture before, only accupuncture, and his office is a healing center.
