My wife is disabled and on a walker she went for her mammogram appointment. We have always enjoyed the valet service because of our limited health and mobility. This time no one came out to help her. I am in wheelchair at home due to no balance. I was of no help. After waiting my wife decided to take her walker when a gentleman came behind her and said let me help you. Went to ER and was there 2.5 hrs. Bill was for $10,000.00. All they did was an EKG and 2 xrays. Put me in a room for 2 hrs and never checked on me. Two staff members came in and hooked up the existing EKG connectios from the previous EKG when I first got there. One guy set me up for an IV that was never done. Why was this done if they had no intentions on doing it? EKG was never monitored. They sent me bills for this and never did anything. Nothing done but I got charged for all of this. If I could give negative stars i would, based on their emergency department. I have lived all over the country and this hospital has by far the worst emergency department I have ever experienced. My family member arrived by ambulance and after a a couple tests they dumped him in the waiting with no information other than " this is the waiting room." We waited for ANYONE to tell us anything for over 3 hours with no word and not a single employee acknowledged us. We watched and spoke to others who were in the same situa... read more
