Went to ER and was there 2.5 hrs. Bill was for $10,000.00. All they did was an EKG and 2 xrays. Put me in a room for 2 hrs and never checked on me. Two staff members came in and hooked up the existing EKG connectios from the previous EKG when I first got there. One guy set me up for an IV that was never done. Why was this done if they had no intentions on doing it? EKG was never monitored. They sent me bills for this and never did anything. Nothing done but I got charged for all of this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I waited to make sure I gave a real review so, here it is.... I took my son there, a bit over a month for the first time and he felt at ease and not that anxious when Dr. Maggie checked his teeth which were in a desperate need of a good deep cleaning; she informed me that since he is Autistic, it was better to sedate him and they were going to call me with a date and place. If I could give negative stars i would, based on their emergency department. I have lived all over the country and this hospital has by far the worst emergency department I have ever experienced. My family member arrived by ambulance and after a a couple tests they dumped him in the waiting with no information other than " this is the waiting room." We had so much fun with doctor Maggie and jimmy. They both mad Paislee’s first dentist trip special and fantastic! We are so glad we found there office! Looking forward to our next cleaning in six months!!
The staff are all super friendly! They do a great job explaining each individual step on a kids level to really make your child calm and comfortable! They really care about their patients!
nobody cares nobody want to work standing around, talking and hiding
My great grandson was sent home with the flu. Told his mother he had a virus. He could have died. Also my granddaughter went with cramping and she is pregnant. Wouldn’t tell her anything after blood work and an ultrasound except to see her OB. I’m not a fan of this place. Never was and I grew up in Randolph County. Don’t go there if you’re really sick.
Wait two days fours hours each day for a broke bone and still not get seen
