Staff is super professional and friendly. They make for a great experience!
I’ve been a patient at Randolph Family Dental since 2014, and up until recently, I never had any issues with their service. The staff has always been professional, and my experiences were generally positive. However, I’m disappointed with how my recent situation has been handled. I requested a refund in February for an occlusal guard that I never received, and despite multiple follow-ups and reassurances, I have yet to receive it. The lack of resolution and communication has been frustrating.
Super friendly staff, always feel welcomed by every individual. The office is super clean and well maintained with a welcoming waiting room! Definitely recommend to make this your dental family!
Excellent experiences every time. They are always nice and accommodating. They are very clear on what they will charge. They are one of the very few independent offices left.
Dr. Varedman and her friendly staff at Randolph Family Dental are the best. And the office is really cute, too. Every member of our family has seen our oral health improved by this talented team. Our son, in particular, has experienced a huge improvement in his smile and overall self image. Dr. Vardeman truly cares about the community she serves. We are all truly blessed to have found her.
