The front desk staff are so slow and everything My dentist office gets things done right away the receptionist this place I feel like they just don't know what they're doing but the prosthodontist was amazing so if you need any work cosmetic wise he is the best other than that horrible The front desk keeps saying it's going to take some time yeah well it doesn't take over a week to send files
My sister called yesterday 4/30/25 to a dental office in Randolph, MA to make an appointment with a Prosthodontics doctor. The day of the appointment the dental assistant came to take me to the room and took two x rays. she says she would take them to the doctor to see them. Later came to the room a woman doctor to checked my mouth. I asked her who was she? She answered she was the doctor. I said I made an appointment with the prosthodontics dentist who is a man.
