If I had an option to give zero stars that would have been my review. My keys were given to someone else. When my keys were finally returned and I was able to pick up my car, the hybrid battery was damaged from the detail work. The owner did not offer any compensation or apology. He was belittling, insensitive, arrogant and manipulative. My car had to be towed for repair and the owner excepts no responsibility for the damage he caused. Before you arrived to pick up your vehicle, we mistakenly exchanged ignition key fobs with another customer whose vehicle was identical to yours. We discovered the problem and corrected it well in advance of you coming to pick up your vehicle, causing you no delay.
