Jimmy is such an honest kind man. He is always about customer service, and letting you know all the details. He teaches and show customer all details before charging. Always fair, and honest.
Jimmy is awesome. I've been going to Randolph Auto clinic for nearly 10 years he's fixed everything I brought to him.
After having some difficulty with an unnamed, large auto repair service; my car was experiencing some starting and stopping. I brought my car to Jimmy, at Randolph Auto Clinic. The whole time he was investigating the issue, he would call me or send me texts, pics and videos of what he was doing. Jimmy, the owner of RAC is amazing. Highly recommended. I brought my car to him, he diagnosed transmission and engine issues. He was open to talking to the dealership to inform them of the issues, and as a mechanic, the vehicle I had should not have been in this condition. He advocated for me in such a huge way that the dealership agreed to replace both. Jimmys level of communication was great, sending videos of the car and showing me each thing that was going wrong. Have had several shops do repairs I can't do over the years. They are BY FAR the most friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. Have not had any issues with repair work done. Only issue is you may have to wait to get your car fixed they are SO busy! Highly recommend these folks. Best on the South Shore.
