Best doctor amd great receptionist (past and current). He is reliable, kind, caring, knowledgable. Highly recommend.
He worked wonders or our daughter. I will always be so grateful for him being there when we needed him.
I’ve been a patient for a little over a year now and I’ve had a pretty good experience. I read the reviews listed complaining about his receptionist, but it seems like he must have a new one, because I’ve never had a negative experience with her. She’s always pleasant and helpful. I was Dr. Frank's patient for nearly a decade. His professionalism and eagerness to help is tough to find in the NOVA area. He also got a new receptionist who is incredibly nice!
I called to see if I could make an appointment, the receptionist was the rudest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. I'm glad they had no availabe appointments.
