I’ve been a patient for a little over a year now and I’ve had a pretty good experience. I read the reviews listed complaining about his receptionist, but it seems like he must have a new one, because I’ve never had a negative experience with her. She’s always pleasant and helpful. I was Dr. Frank's patient for nearly a decade. His professionalism and eagerness to help is tough to find in the NOVA area. He also got a new receptionist who is incredibly nice!
I called to see if I could make an appointment, the receptionist was the rudest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. I'm glad they had no availabe appointments.
Horrible experience. Receptionist just hung up on me after I called to ask for a telehealth appointment because I took a nasty fall on wet rocks this morning.
