Well I went and had an eye exam and ordered new glasses and over 2 weeks later the glasses finally came and the prescription was messed up. Had another exam and over 2 weeks later I went by because on the phone I kept being told they weren’t in. So the new glasses were in finally. The sunglasses were not. So a call was made and I was told they would be shipped this past Thursday and I would be able to pick them up on Friday. I called yesterday and they still were not in. Dr. Snips is down to earth and a wonderful doctor. He listens when you have something to say and explains everything to where you can understand.. I'd recommend this office and it's staff to anyone who asks..
