I used their website to book an appointment, and I got an email confirmation for my appointment. But when I got there, the staff told me that ‘they called me’ (once, and my phone records disprove that) and that my appointment wasn’t valid. They said I needed to reschedule for next week. As if this is my fault. Yet, it’s their website… their confirmation email… their minimal, but likely nonexistent, effort to correct their error. I took time off work for this. Would not recommend. She is very dismissive and arrogant. Much of my health concerns were minimized and she made me feel like I was unreasonable/stupid for bringing them up. Felt completely gaslighted and disrespected. During our last appointment I couldn't even say a proper goodbye to her because I was so upset. Just quickly shut my computer so I could be done with it. Dr. Kodroff is a nice person. She runs tests gives results but no education or explanation of the results. Despite seeing her for 6+ shares, each time I enter our office I’m a complete stranger to her . Her office is called Comprehensive Primary Care but it lacks the Comprehensive element.
I love Dr Kudroff, she is very patient and take time to listen to your aches and pains She is a very caring doctor. I am so happy I found her. She is a 5 Star doctor. Marie Chamandy. .
Not a physician for me. It appears to me that Dr. Kodroff is not very much interested in the patient and his/her problems, but rather to what she can get out of the visit. Not impressed.
