Dr Kodroff is awesome! She's a no panic Doctor that has always had time to ask the extra questions and make sure I'm well taken care of! I have been seeing her now for almost 10 years and have never felt anything but well cared for by her and the ladies in the office who are always fun to chat with!
Dr. Kodroff has been my primary care physician for the past three years. She is the best .
I used their website to book an appointment, and I got an email confirmation for my appointment. But when I got there, the staff told me that ‘they called me’ (once, and my phone records disprove that) and that my appointment wasn’t valid. They said I needed to reschedule for next week. As if this is my fault. Yet, it’s their website… their confirmation email… their minimal, but likely nonexistent, effort to correct their error. I took time off work for this. Would not recommend. She is very dismissive and arrogant. Much of my health concerns were minimized and she made me feel like I was unreasonable/stupid for bringing them up. Felt completely gaslighted and disrespected. During our last appointment I couldn't even say a proper goodbye to her because I was so upset. Just quickly shut my computer so I could be done with it.
