From the first day Randi and Eric really made me feel like i was in great hands. After my surgery,s i was worried that things would be as bad as my hand looked. The time i spend at home healing worried about in the healing process. When i ever called and i would call a lot. Randi and Eric would always get back to me and answer all my questions.
