Called today to schedule an appointment for my sons yearly physical. Was told it had to be after 8/14. I advised them that my insurance does not require a 365 day wait, and that it’s anytime within my plan year. The lady passed me off to another person without telling me. When I advised them what I was trying to do, and advised them on how my insurance plan works he started to yell at me about how their contract with the insurance is different and they only get paid if it’s every 12 months.
