I came in today as a new patient, and I absolutely LOVED my visit! 🤩 They were able to do my cleaning and even take care of a filling on the same day, which was such a huge plus. I’m super picky when it comes to dental offices, especially about how my teeth are cleaned, so finding a dentist I truly trust isn’t easy. But I can honestly say I found my new dental home today! Absolutely terrible experience! I was late for my cleaning last Friday, 10/17/25…and they said “it’s still ok to come in”— but made me wait 35 minutes in a cramped lobby. The old Indian lady dentist was yelling in the office about rugs to her staff while I was in the chair uncomfortably reclined waiting for her— unbelievably unprofessional! The cleaning was rough, sloppy, and painful; water and saliva splashed all over my shirt. I felt dizzy from the reclined chair and had to sit up by myself. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Randhawa for many years, and she has always gone above and beyond in providing excellent care. Dr. Randhawa is warm, attentive, and highly skilled, always taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. She makes each visit comfortable, and the entire office staff is welcoming, professional, and supportive. I’m grateful for the outstanding care I’ve received over the years and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted dentist.
I found their staff to be completely incompetent. I must have received 6 extra phone calls to verify insurances when really one phone call should be suffice. When the dentist actually saw my kids, they hardly did anything yet tried to get us to come in after 3 months for a follow up visit. To do what? I am not sure. Still, I made a 6 month follow up for my kids. They again called me to re-verify my insurance.
