Front desk receptionist is rude and won’t give me any details as far as MY OWN prescription goes. Trying to see if I would still be able to get my license even if my prescription is the EXACT SAME. Like I’m trying to do the research and she won’t give me any information. First time patient, Professional staff, polite and efficient. Dr. was thorough and took time to listen to me. Very friendly staff. I will be a return patient.
After arguing with the staff and doc, about a fitting fee they were gonna charge. I made a appointment in Burleson and wouldn't you know, no fitting charged there. Know your insurance before you go, don't fall for it.
This place is a joke. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like a dog. The females in this office are rude and unprofessional.
