I bought a used truck from Randash last summer. This was a 98 Dodge Ram at a purchase price of 11,900,- totally overpriced. I had full coverage insurance on the truck and had paid \$5,200 total in downpayment and monthly payments when I got into a wreck and the truck was totalled. My boyfriend purchased his first vehicle on his own here (in Billings). BIG MISTAKE. They televised that ALL vehicles came with a warranty. Well, my boyfriend did the right thing by getting pre-approved for a loan, but did the wrong thing by going to this dealership alone. They said the only way theyd sell him the truck for the price he offered was to not give him the warranty. He took the deal (bad idea). Dont know that we will buy another car or truck from them.The car we bought there has had a front end problem and when we called them we were told the warranty was already expired so I fixed it myself. And the previous owner must have hauled a dog around all the time as we are still cleaning dog hair out of it.Guess detailing isnt high on there priority list. After purchasing a truck from Billings Randash, and finding out later that the truck had been severally doctored to make it run, the customer service side of it has been nothing but horrendous. Lisa, who you make payments to on the phone and get your little code so you can drive your vehicle, is the most rude and obnoxious person Ive ever met in a business environment. I only gave Randash one star because we have too. And I guess I liked the fact they dont bother you while youre looking at the vehicles. I went to Randash because I was told they had "nice vehicles". That turned out to be a lie. Most of the vehicles smelt dirty and disgusting. Over half had dead batteries, so you really couldnt tell what you were dealing with. My fiance went here to look at getting a truck - way overpriced and the 5k "warranty" is complete BS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - you will get screwed. I would rather pay high interest ANYWHERE ELSE then do business with Randash.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...Especially if they are offering you a vehicle with HAIL damage. I have personally seen them take advantage of too many people. You will end up on the short end of this deal if you are doing any financing. BE WARE!!!
just want to say at Randash in Bozeman there the best Chad has worked with me on getting my van and truck repair and now he will help me trade my truck in you cant get this anywere else I will keep buying from them because I can the sales lady that sold me the truck well that is something else she said " I could not have the truck I wanted for the down payment I wanted to give her so see said I could pick from 2 trucks which in my mind were a piece of %\$#\$\$% so I want to that Chad and them all at Bozemans Randash
They got me approved and into the car I wanted, at the payment I needed with a warranty that is second to none!! I would tell everybody if you havent given Randash a try, You should!!!! and they helped me re establish my credit!!
