I can't think of a better Dental office than Dean Street Dental! I had a filling fall out Dec. 20th. I called and left them a message since it was the holidays and they were out of the office until Dec. 30th. Dr. Isbrandt promptly called me back and made arrangements to meet me at the office the very next day! I can't thank him enough for taking time out of his busy holiday schedule to make sure I was taken care of. Truly one of the best and most caring Dentists hands down!
Dr Isbrandt and his team are wonderful! They really care about their patients and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They explain procedures and there are no surprises. I’m a patient for life!
The office staff was very efficient. I was seen promptly by Erin, one of the hygienists. She was thorough and did a great job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Next, Dr. Isbrandt came in and checked my teeth. I found him to be very friendly and affable. My only criticism is that I felt very insecure in the exam chair. I had the feeling that I would topple over to the floor quite easily, had I not braced myself. However, the hygienist and dentist were wonderful.
