RecommendedThe cost of the visit was $60 less than other places I had called for a quote. Trevor, the technician I was very professional and did not try to sell me anything I did not need,(which happens alot) in fact I just had a clogged valve. I will definitely call them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Frank and his crew has always been honest and reliable. Wouldn't use anyone else. Many years ago after our youngest was born, they rushed out when our heater broke. Fixed it fast and didn't try to charge us a bunch if fees like some other companies were quoting. They were also the ones to replace the whole heat and air unit. They were neat, efficient and respectful. They provide great service and we will continue to use them for any of our AC needs
These guys are price gougers. They came out and shop vaced some water from a drain pan ($131) and cut part of a drain line ($81). Also got charged $89 to come out, which didn’t go to the cost of the “services” they provided. I would avoid these folks at all cost.
David Cole from Randall's TCS came to my residence and solved my AC issue. He found the clogged drain and the insulation blocking the coils. He also replaced my outside fan motor due to a bearing issue. I will continue to use Randall's in the future and will recommend to friends and neighbors as they have great customer service and will answer any questions.
Great people, excellent service, superior units, and awesome customer service! Would recommend! !will continue to use & refer to others.
The Best. I've been using them over 20 years and the work is always professional. Whether new installation or service calls the crew has been courteous and quick. Rated number one in Moore for several years for good reason.
