I called at 9am when they opened to specifically ask if they could assure the type of fruit that would be in the basket. They said they did have a replacement policy - they could replace a type if needed - but they assured me that they absolutley had some of the specific ones; i.e. a pineapple, apples, available. It was going to be same day delivery. I didn't get a call for 4hrs and that was to tell me they didn't have a florist in the area. What?? I was under the impression i called a brick and mortar store.
