I love the Dr’s at this office but I feel like the office staff is horrible with communication. I have have medications sent to the wrong pharmacies and several miscommunications with the front desk receptionist and the nurse. The Medical assistants are very kind and seem to be on the ball. I just wish the nurses and office staff could get with the program. I have actually been thinking about changing offices because of the office staffs mistakes.
I have seen Dr Pace twice this year. He takes the time to really get to know you and your concerns. I would recommend him to everyone-- and I have!
Extremely helpful
Due to covid-19, my visit with Dr Pace was through video chat. It was my first time meeting with Dr Pace. It was one of the better doctor visits I’ve had. He had many thoughts, considerations, and advice. Took a generous amount of time thoroughly evaluating my concerns and discussing possible courses of action.
Pretty good, no issues with medical history or care.
