Dr. Williams has been our primary care physician for approximately 30 years. Our experiences with him have always been positive, and his diagnoses are almost always accurate. He is very progressive in his field. We are very satisfied patients.
Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Would not even look up from his laptop and the was asking me questions that did not have anything to do with me or the reason for my visit. It seems that he had the wrong patients information pulled up and then joked about not having my picture in the file and snapped the picture and said, now I have you. Spent a whole 3 minutes with me and then left and had a nurse come back it and tell me I had blood in my urine and need to be referred to a urologist. Bad servic
He is behind a laptop with his assistant ( also clicking away at a laptop) during the three to four minutes that he sees me each time I'm there. Seems like a reasonably nice guy, will give you whatever you want, but there is no critical thought, no attention to the patient, and absolutely no privacy to discuss delicate issues with him. The office seems to be right for collecting co-pays as you need to go in for a visit even if it's to follow up on a referral that was made by the office.
Very friendly and took the time to listen! He truly cares for his patients.
I just moved back to Chico and decided to return to Dr. Williams as my parents still went to him. I was having what I think was a bout of gout so I called to schedule an appointment. Despite my pain they could only schedule about two weeks out. When I arrived the dr. Was to have received my blood test results that had been taken when I went to a local urgent care to gain relief before a long holiday weekend. The Dr. Came in and was completely impersonal and didn't even really spend any time
