Excellent physician referred me to all the appropriate specialist in a timely manner saved my life. Truly appreciate Dr Williams and his staff very professional.
Dr. Randall Williams delivers vastly sub par care. His bedside manner is dismissive. He checks his texts while “listening” to patients. I am an out of town daughter supporting my parents’ dual healthcare crises. They leave his office each time feeling so demeaned and ignored. He has made multiple prescription errors necessitating multiple calls between pharmacy and MD office.
I felt so lucky that Dr. Williams accepted me as a new patient after my other PCP retired. What I learned after 4 appointments with him is this: If you don't mind waiting at least an hour to catch a 5-7-minute glimpse of him, this is the place for you. If you don't mind that even though he requires a whole bunch of lab tests from the git-go, then NEVER EVEN TELLS YOU until months later that one of them showed ominous results, see Dr. Williams. I've been seeing Dr. Williams for years. I am very happy with the care he provides. He always sends me for the tests I need, for the referrals I need and then he fights with the insurance companies to get me the medication that I need. He thinks before he gives me medication and listens to me when I come in with a question about something new that might help, even if its not going to be him giving me the medication I would never hesitate to get his opinion because he's earned my trust!

Dr. Williams has been our primary care physician for approximately 30 years. Our experiences with him have always been positive, and his diagnoses are almost always accurate. He is very progressive in his field. We are very satisfied patients.
Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Would not even look up from his laptop and the was asking me questions that did not have anything to do with me or the reason for my visit. It seems that he had the wrong patients information pulled up and then joked about not having my picture in the file and snapped the picture and said, now I have you. Spent a whole 3 minutes with me and then left and had a nurse come back it and tell me I had blood in my urine and need to be referred to a urologist. Bad servic
