I wish I saw the opportunity to leave a review 3 years ago when our nightmare with Doug happened. If I could give zero stars I would. We gave him half of the quote down so he could purchase the list of items we wanted to redo our bathroom. We were told he would purchase and leave everything in the garage. 6 months later….nothing in the garage and half the items were no longer available!
