Can't say enough good things about Randall and his work. I recommend him to everyone in the neighborhood and beyond. He was the first tradesman I called when we bought our house and he's been working on it for us ever since (10 years now). Importantly, he's never had to work on the same part twice! Randall is honest, very reasonably priced, and if you want, will explain how things work or what went wrong as well as how to best avoid future issues. I’ve been relying on Randall for more than 5 years to problem solve and fix plumbing issues- wild and mundane. He always comes through.
Randall did a number of things for us. They included tankless water heater and new toilet installed. He also checked and cleaned water heater. He also installed a new Chicago faucets. He was prompt and did excellent work .
Randall worked intensely on upgrading my plumbing supply line from 3/4" to 1". He did quality work at a better price than other groups. You always want to look for that certain go-to person for a job, whether that is a mechanic, an electrician, or handyman. I've found my plumber and Randall has earned my lifelong loyalty as a customer. It's very rare to find anyone who can match his enthusiasm and skill.
