My husband and I felt like we were being treated like royalty. They went over and beyond to win our business! So excited about our new Outback!
We had a great experience at this dealership! Shannon handled everything for us over the phone quickly and efficiently and we went to pick our car up and were literally there like 45 minutes. Sales guy was great, finance guy was great. Worth the 1.5 hour drive for us! We would be back in a heart beat!
Really nice folks, well organized. They have a little area for the kids with some blocks and coloring books. Garrett Lilly is a customer service pro. While I don't know that anybody relishes the idea of having to go to the dealership to deal with a problem I know that if I do, I'll at least be able to count on competent people who are very good at their jobs and when it's time for another Subaru, I know who'll be first on my list for shopping.
Bought a pre-owned Legacy. Best buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend this dealer. Will certainly buy my next Subaru here!
After visiting both other subaru in dfw, I have to say randall noe is my favorite. We orded a 2016 outback and not only did it get here a bit early, but Sam (our salesman) had it detailed and gassed within a few hours! We had to go home to get our trade in vehicle and Shannon let us take the outback so we could go get our trade in. The finance guy was awesome and it was far from stressful. I'd be more then happy to come back to this subaru!
