I have used Alice Lo for a number of family transactions including such things as wills, powers of attorney and property transfers and have always found her to be personable and professional. These lawyers have advised landlords to take illegal actions that goes directly against tenency law on families looking for housing. Specifically trying to bully and scare tenants into signing out of a tenancy agreement and denying keys to a family after signing a legally binding contract based on false information and lies.
