Id like to give an update to my previous review. Though it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone, I was eventually able to do so and was responded to via email with the persons to contact in regards to my safety concerns. I feel like it took me writing the first review and then following up with another email in order to have this happen so I will still only give 3 stars. I would revise my review again if they could make sure their phones are being answered properly from the beginning.
Would put a 0 if I could. Like all these other reviews these people do not answer phone calls or emails. When you do call the VM is full, or you get hung up on. Why pay fees for a company that doesn't give a crap. I have real concerns about being followed and photographed at the pool where they make you write down your address. This is not ok. Obviously they do not care about reviews either because they have a 1.5 star rating with no change in how they move.
Terrible company. Can't get through to office since they have it switched over to the answering service during business hours. Trying to find out how much the maintenance fee has gone up so I can correct the automatic bill payment. Zero stars if possible
As incompetent as they come, Randall Management is a nightmare to deal with. I have recently been unfortunate enough to have to deal with them again. It is bad enough that they don't deliver notices about water or power shutoffs more than half the time, or that they leave the complex looking like it is maintained by a mentally deficient preschooler, but now they threaten to tow my vehicle for parking in my own spaces. How this company is still in business is a complete mystery.
Horrible! staff is rude! Ive owned my house for 32yrs. Old company was amazing Randall Management is by far the worst company ever! How do we as a community get rid of them as our management company? They and their employees are disgusting!
October 27, 2020. My complain is I called several times and no one picked up calls. Finally when someone answered I was transferred to Alfredo ( real or fake name). I informed Alfredo that I was calling to make a payment by phone. He said that he didn't know how to do that. I asked him how long have you been employed and he answered one month. People help me. RED FLAG !!! Forum park III at 10211 sugar branch drive. RUN ! This money hungry management will lie, deceive, cheat, falsificate paperwork just to make you pay extra for nothing. The Board of directors spends money on their personal repair. But never available for you to discuss something with them, but they sure increase your maintenance fees every year. No justice there. do not buy a property that is managed by this company or hire this company they are constantly harass owners by sensing them violation letters but would not answer calls or return e mails.
