I scheduled this appointment over 5 months ago for my senior parents who have moved from up north to SLO, I requested their medical documents to be released to this office over months ago and got a day off at work and was ready to be seen next week, I received a phone call last minute from a very cold and insensitive receptionist (Jasmine) who just cancelled the appointment and said the provider is no longer with us and we cannot reschedule this visit with any other provider. It felt like a very rushed visit. No good recommendations for a good diet change or specific exercises to help my higher cholesterol. It doesn’t feel like Dr. Silvers heart was really in it. Maybe were just not a good fit.

Dr.. Silver is too rushed. I feel like he has his agenda and does not inquire what else you may have going on. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had always liked Sungurlu but the last two times I had scheduled appointments I was dismissed and told I didn’t need to be seen after waiting over 30 minutes. Even after being in the hospital a week prior to the appointment, a respiratory infection & just doing an ultrasound she still did not feel the need to see me. Dr. Lopopolo is an amazing doctor. She cares about her patients and provides clear information. She makes her patients feel confident and comfortable. She is friendly and she is an excellent surgeon.
