Daniel was exceptional. He efficiently found the fault and repaired it and voluntarily also did a thorough check of the electricity box. He described a proposal for better management and safety of the electricity box. We were pleasantly surprised when he also tidied up a tangle of wires and plugs in the garage as well. Superb customer service!

Our story starts with getting a leaflet in our mailbox for Randall electrics. Amazing service from Randall Electrics today! Tom came out 30mins after I called and installed 2 outdoor lights and an external PowerPoint within 1 hour. Great customer service, great knowledge and awesome people. You could not go wrong going with these guys! 5/5 stars all around

When keeping those fridge magnets that come in your letterbox, is more than worthwhile! My electric bar heater tripped all my appliances tonight - the main switch in meter box wouldn’t turn on 😔 I have Motor Neurone Disease, I panicked but remembered I had an electrician’s fridge magnet on the side of my fridge! My wonderful support worker rang the 1300 number. Tom answered and could identify the problem over the phone. Tom so kindly helped my support worker restore power to my unit by talking her through the necessary step... read more
