All experiences at this Urgent Care have been great. We have been seen in a reasonable amount of time by the physician; and on our most recent visit, we made an appointment online and were seen within 5 minutes of it. The service was quick and we were seen by a doctor in a very reasonable amount of time and out in under an hour (maybe even almost half an hour). I was also happy when the bill came that it was reasonable for being seen for a common complaint on an urgent basis — and might even be cheaper than our regular pedia... read more

Only giving them a 1 star because I can't give 0. I called them at 8pm to make an appointment for my son. They told me they could see him at 9PM. We arrived at 8:45pm and I'm told there are 4 other patients in front of me. We wait. At 9:45 we are still waiting and another lady comes in. She gets seen with her kid before mine. Their excuse was that they are running late and the patient made an appointment before me. The way I look at it she was late getting here anyways so she should have not been seen before me. Horrible staff! They act like they could care less about the patient. My daughters went in with horrible coughs and were pretty much told to "tough it up." One cant stop and then throws up. Never go here.

When our kiddo developed a high fever one evening our Family Physician recommended we take her to Randall Children’s Urgent Care. We were so grateful they were open. The Pediatrician there was very knowledgeable and the staff was amazing. Or little girl had an ear infection and was able to start antibiotics immediately. Our family recommends this place.
