I do not like this clinic and I do not support them at all. They have bad customer service. Train your staff to have respect and dignity for the consumers

Reception area is gossipy and insensitive, I overhead multiple conversations where clients or parents were spoken about poorly with zero consideration for noise level. Not sure if that’s just how this place is ran but it shouldn’t be taking place. This is a place where I bring my child, I shouldn’t have to hear the receptionist talking trash it’s very unprofessional. Get it together white ladies.

I called to set up a new patient appointment and Hannie was so sweet and helpful! Based on her customer service and diligence I would recommend coming here. I’ll update after our appointment if anything changes, but I expect we will have a positive experience.

How does my child not have established care when you can look them up in the system and we have seen a pediatrician multiple times?? Now he can't get his vaccine as his primary physician is out of stock, even willing to write a referral. We told them this and they refuse to vaccinate our child. Shame shame.
