Did not have a good experience during our care here. When we arrived the receptionist was on the phone with a patient and having an extremely loud and bad attitude for all to hear. She then proceeded to get off the phone with them and bad mouth them loudly to the other receptionist. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. When we got back it was alright. People were not super friendly, but not rude. We got home with our cast and realized there were sharp edges leftover that we had to file down ourselves which was kind of stra... read more
Would not recommend this place. Called and the lady that does new patient enrollment was super rude. Appointment was at 1:50 and did not get scene until 2:45. Absolutely ridiculous. The hospitals in the Portland metro area are horrible.
Called front desk to schedule follow up appointment & the lady that answered was VERY RUDE. Using high tone of voice with a patient is CRAZY! This was 9/18/25. The lady didn’t even let me finish and she hung up on me. (9:05a.m.)
Doctor seems nice enough...we'll see about the quality in a couple weeks...Wasn't happy that we got an estimate from them for 4-$500 to have our child's cast put on and then got a bill for a 45 minute appointment for $1,900 which doesn't even include the X-ray. We have no insurance and there's no discount for uninsured through Legacy because it's a "specialist" (pediatric orthopedics) So we are billed the same thing they would Bill insurance which seems crazy to me since every insurance company negotiates the pricing and nev... read more
Honestly this place was a well oiled machine - unlike me on the day of his appointment. I left for the appt with plenty of time but traffic was 45 minutes. I called the front desk and asked if I could still come even though I would be 20 minutes late. They assured me I could still be seen. - the front desk staff was insanely efficient, helpful, and worked me in seamlessly even though I was the one running late.
