My Landlord has non intentionally damaged my property and he hasn't called or written back to us once after numerous attempts to reach him. We have also had a problem where a neighbor was taking our mail and he wrote it off saying he can't picture it happening even though I showed him our opened mail and witnessed it myself. Do not hire this guy! Randall has been managing the property where I reside for about two years now. He is unresponsive to phone calls and pathologically unwilling or unable to accomplish tasks that he has assured his clients he will accomplish in a timely fashion. Randall's negligence has, in my opinion, cost me personally thousands of dollars, not to mention hours of anguish and uncertainty about the status of my investment in this property.
