Quoted one price for a visit to “see if they could clear a toilet”. Clearly stated anything additional like a scope would be quoted. Used an augur to clear it in about 15 minutes. Then charged $250 for “using special equipment”. Shady.

Wish I could post the picture but they had the contract for plumbing in our neighborhood. They installed the toilet on the pipe coming out of the floor cut it all to pieces then covered it up with the toilet mount. Then said it’s not their fault.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and asked about having someone take a look at my water heater. Initially, I was told that I was still in warranty; but when I spoke to Tonya, she said I wasn't. I simply asked her when did the warranty expire and she ignored my questions. She recommended that I contact another plumber but when I asked again when my warranty expired, she told me to contact the builder or the previous homeowner. If they completed plumbing in your new construction home, get a 2nd opinion immediately and ensure everything is checked while under your warranty. Would never recommend them for install or repair.
