Today was my first and last appointment with Dr. Brown. He was very rude and condescending to me. I was addressed as a 7 year old rather than a 76 year old. Spoken over and over to me if I glanced away to the x-rays in front of me or closed my eyes for 4 to 5 seconds. (I was very tired) "LOOK AT ME!"

I was very disappointed when I was there. The doctor was not bad but the office associates were speaker to each other in Spanish. I found that to be very rude. I will not be back.

The office only has morning and lunchtime hours. No afternoon or evenings ever! That makes it very hard to make appointments. The Dr. and staff talk about patients and their tretment openly. No privacy. The prices are reasonable but it seems the office and equipment are very outdated! Very very old. I did not care for the dentists personality. He seemed to be in a bad mood. I felt he was distracted and was not focusing on me during my appointment. Talked a lot anout personal stuff. I think I may look for another office.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.All of the staff was very professional and down to earth. The staff was rude. Talked openly about other patients while others were in the waiting room. Dentist was in a bad mood. Had to wait till he calmed down and took care of his problems before he was able to work on patients with their own problems.

I didn't have many question, but all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The dentist commented that I took very good care of my teeth, but suggested a waterpik (I think because I commented on how I hated that my gum bleed when I floss - which I do once a day). He said that a waterpik should run less than $50, and that few people have problems when they use them They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
